APPLE CINNAMON TART

Ingredients:
(Serves 12)
5 Cortland apples
1 package short dough (or puff pastry)
17 1/2 oz applesauce
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Wash, peel, core, and cut the apples into slices. Unroll the dough into a pie plate. Spread the applesauce on the dough. Arrange the apple slices over the applesauce. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and bake for about 25 minutes. When baked, remove from the oven and cool. To serve, sprinkle with cinnamon
