Norwegian Quiche

NORWEGIAN QUICHE

Ingredients:
(Serves 6)
1 package puff pastry
3 salmon steaks
3 slices smoked salmon
1 onion
3 leeks
1 roll of goat cheese
3 eggs
7 tbsp sour cream
Grated Gruyère or Swiss cheese
1 3/4 oz butter
Salt and pepper

Method:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Sauté the onion and leeks in a pan with butter. Add the salmon steaks and let them cook. Add the smoked salmon and remove from heat. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, grated cheese, salt, and pepper. Place the pastry in a pie plate and add the fillings. Cut the goat cheese into rounds and place them on top of the filling. Bake for 45 minutes.
