Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
2 fish fillets of your choice (hake, cod, sea bream...)
1 egg
Flour
Breadcrumbs
Salt and pepper
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
Sorrel sauce
Method:
Cover the bottom of one plate with flour and another with breadcrumbs. In a plate with a raised edge, beat one egg. Season both sides of the fish fillets with salt and pepper. Dredge the fillets in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Add the butter or margarine to a pan and heat it. Fry the fish until the breadcrumbs are golden. Serve the fish with sorrel sauce.
