Ingredients:

17 1/2 oz zucchini
9 oz sour cream
9 oz gruyère or Swiss cheese
5 1/4 oz bacon
4 eggs
Salt and pepper
Method:
Simmer the zucchini in salted water. In a large bowl, beat the eggs and add salt, pepper, sour cream, chopped bacon, and grated cheese. When the zucchini is cooked, cool it, chop it roughly, and drain it in a strainer. Add the zucchini to the egg mixture. Preheat the oven to 350°F. and bake for 30 to 40 minutes. Test for doneness by inserting a knife; when it comes out clean, the cooking is done.
