chili con carne

CHILI CON CARNE

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
12 red chilies
14 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
4 green peppers
1 can peeled tomatoes
Thyme
Bay leaf
Salt and pepper
9 oz corn kernels
15 3/4 oz ground beef
9 oz canned kidney beans

Method:
Sauté the chilies in oil until blackened. Remove them and sauté the onions. Cut the peppers into strips and add. Mix well and add the meat. When the meat is cooked, add the tomatoes. Season to taste with thyme, bay leaf, salt, and pepper. When the beef mixture has simmered well, mix in the beans and add the corn.
