Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
4 chicken breasts
Fritter batter
Plum sauce
1/4 teaspoon curry powder
3 pinches of ground pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1 quart oil for deep frying
Method:
Cut each chicken breast into 6 pieces. In a large bowl, mix the chicken, salt, curry powder, and pepper. Marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a deep fryer. Drop the chicken pieces into the batter. Remove them with chopsticks or a fork, then place them gently into the hot oil. Fry at medium heat for 10 minutes, until the nuggets are lightly golden. Carefully remove the nuggets from the oil and let them drain on paper towels
