Ingredients:
(Serves 6)
7 oz butter
3.5 oz chocolate
7 oz sugar
3.5 oz hazelnuts
9 oz flour
1/2 package yeast
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
Method:
Chop the chocolate and hazelnuts. Cream the butter with the sugar. Add the egg and mix together. Mix the flour, salt, and yeast. Then add the butter mixture, chocolate, and hazelnuts. Make little balls of dough, then flatten them to get round cookies. Arrange the dough on a cookie sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 300°F until golden. Let cool before eating.
