Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
24 1/2 oz smoky bacon
4 hard-boiled eggs
10 slices smoked garlic sausage
2 tablespoons flour
Mustard to taste
Method:
In unsalted water, cook the bacon then cut into pieces. Keep the cooking broth. Add flour and mustard to the broth. Cook the broth for a few minutes until it thickens. Cut the eggs in four and add them to the broth. Add the bacon and the sausage. Serve the soup very hot.
