Ingredients:
(Serves 8-10)
5 1/4 oz flour
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1 tablespoon sugar
40 g butter or margarine
9 oz strawberries
1/2 quart whipped cream
Method:
Mix the sugar, flour, eggs, and milk. Chill for at least an hour. Wash and slice the strawberries. Melt the butter or margarine in a small non-stick pan. Pour a little batter in and swirl it around. Cook for a minute or until the top bubbles. Set the crêpe aside and make others until no more batter is left. Assemble each crêpe by adding some sliced strawberries and whipped cream and rolling it up.
