Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
3 eggs
4 slices of stale bread about 1/2 inch thick each
Paprika
Butter or oil
Salt
Method:
Beat the eggs with the paprika and salt in a deep dish. Heat the butter or oil in a pan. Dip one side of the bread in the egg mixture, then the other. Place the bread in the pan. Repeat with the other slices or bread and fry them on both sides. When the bread is golden, put them on a plate and serve with a salad.
