Cooking Time:

Ingredients:
(Serves 3)
14 oz lasagna noodles
14 oz ground beef
3 slices ham
3.5 oz bacon
1 large onion
1 carrot
2 cans diced tomatoes
1 bouillon cube
4 tablespoons sour cream
5 1/4 oz mushrooms
2 tablespoons olive oil
Nutmeg
1 1/2 quarts milk
1 3/4 oz butter
1 3/4 oz flour
3.5 oz grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Method:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the directions on the package. To make the Bolognaise sauce: Peel and chop the onion. Sauté with olive oil. Peel the carrot, chop it into small pieces, and add it to the translucent onion. Cook for four minutes over low heat. Chop the ham and bacon. Add the ham and bacon to the vegetables, along with the ground beef. Cook for five minutes, stirring constantly. Add the tomatoes, the crushed bouillon cube, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cover and cook for about one hour. When there are 15 minutes left in the cooking time, wash and slice the mushrooms and add them to the sauce. When the cooking is done, stir in the sour cream. To make the béchamel sauce: Melt the butter in a pot. Add the flour, mix, and cook for three minutes. Warm the milk and add it a little bit at a time. Cook for ten minutes, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens. Season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Butter a lasagna dish. Fill it with layers of lasagna noodles, Bolognaise sauce, and béchamel sauce. The final layer should be béchamel sauce and grated cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for 20 to 25 minutes, until a golden crust forms on the surface.
