Ingredients:

17 1/2 oz peppers
17 1/2 oz eggplant
17 1/2 oz carrots
17 1/2 oz zucchini
26 1/2 oz tomatoes
17 1/2 oz onions
Basil

Method:
Sauté the onions in a little oil until golden. Peel and wash the rest of the vegetables, then cut them into rounds. Add a little olive oil in the bottom of a large dish and add all the vegetables and the basil. Roast at a low temperature for 1 hour, then serve.
