Rich Curry Kebabs

RICH CURRY KEBABS

Ingredients:
(Serves 4)
9 oz chicken breast
9 oz pork tenderloin
8 wooden skewers
2 tablespoons curry paste
1 can coconut milk
2 tablespoons sour cream
1 lime
1 3/4 oz crushed peanuts
1 bunch chives
4 drops soy sauce

Method:
Soak the wooden skewers in water. Cut the chicken breasts and pork tenderloins into small, even pieces and thread them onto the skewers. Sprinkle the kebabs with a few drops of soy sauce and cook for ten minutes on the barbecue. Remove the cooked kebabs and keep them warm. Add the sour cream, curry paste, and coconut milk to a pot. Mix and heat. Pour the sauce onto the plates, place the kebabs on the sauce, sprinkle them with chopped chives and crushed peanuts, and garnish with slices of lime.
