Ingredients:

1 large onion
9 oz bacon
6 tablespoons thick sour cream
4 egg yolks
17 1/2 oz spaghetti
7 oz grated gruyère or Swiss cheese
Salt and pepper
Nutmeg
Method:
Place the spaghetti in boiling water. Cook for the amount of time specified on the package. Meanwhile, in a large pan, sauté the chopped onion and bacon. When the onions are golden, add the sour cream, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Simmer over low heat. When the spaghetti is cooked, drain it and place it in a dish. Pour the sauce over the pasta, stir, then add the egg yolks and cheese.
